During the first two quarters of 2024, the team at Tabteen-CPT has been busy working on a variety of prestigious projects inside Saudi Arabia for a diverse range of clients.

One area of focus has been to enhance our presence in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries for customers such as SABIC. The expansion has resulted in the successful execution of two major turnarounds for both Ibn Zahr and Petrokemya North, respectively.

TA scopes for the abovementioned projects included a condition assessment for a 72-inch sea water intake pipeline (with cement lining repairs), phenolic epoxy flange coating (at site), and the cement mortar lining of pipes and spools at our workshop near Jubail.

Correct planning and preparation are significant aspects for pulling off an effective turnaround. Tabteen-CPT has repeatedly demonstrated its ability to deliver high quality products and services under tight TA conditions where efficient time management is crucial for project success.

As always, OHS is our first priority and both projects were executed incident free with an LTI score of zero.
