Tabteen-CPT is pleased to announce the recent signing of package 10 and 12 for the TSE Network – Green Riyadh Project. The two projects consist of over 30 kilometres of cement mortar lined CS pipes and pipe fittings. Pipe sizes range from 52-inch to 64-inch in diameter.

Project work will be executed using a mobile batch plant at the premises of our strategic partner – Al-Rashid Weltech. This initiative is part of Tabteen-CPT’s lead time reduction strategy to streamline internal and external pipe coating activities from one single location. In turn, our clients will be able to adhere to strict project deadlines and save on additional logistical expenses associated with moving pipes within the supply chain.

About the project:

The Green Riyadh project will contribute to increasing the per capita share of green space, and raise the total green spaces by planting trees around all city features and facilities as well as in all its provinces. All of the green spaces will be watered by recycled water from an irrigation network. The greening initiative will lead to improved air quality and reduced temperatures in the city. As a consequence, this project will encourage Riyadh citizens to follow a healthy lifestyle which is part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
